Weird Windows Behavior

Acquired a new computer and logged in via my Microsoft account as my theme was sync'd. However, I am seeing this strange thick white border line under search/address bar (please reference this screenshot - https://www.dropbox.com/s/j09r04okn6jlalq/Screenshot 2021-02-22 12.36.23.png?dl=0)

Any ideas why this is displaying like this? It wasn't like this before. TIA

are you running the latest version of Win 10 and are your GPU drivers also up-to-date?.

Yes, everything is up to date both Windows and Nvidia....even double checked vendor's website for updated drivers.

Seems like some kind of glitch. Maybe switch back to the light theme, reboot then change back to the dark theme. See if that fixes it.

Further to BigFeet's suggestion, try changing the desktop theme as well.

I appreciate the recommendation. I changed the theme to light, rebooted. Then changed back to dark and rebooted. Annoyance still persists. It's quite odd to say the least. Doesn't affect anything other than being an eyesore, but still.
