Weird hard drive recognition

Hi,


All my hard drives are showing in this PC and accessible. However in the storage settings in windows 10 one of the hard drives is missing. I have a SSD for the os C drive and I actually use the missing hard drive in storage for my bulk storage options like documents, pictures music etc so setting default down load locations for such files can not be done without that drive showing in Storage settings. Over to my fellow gurus..... :)
