WEI Scores Are Still Available in Windows 10

Hello all,

This information is for those who still might have an interest in WEI 10 scores. Please ignore this information if you don't care about them. So, although the "winsat formal" does not generate a comprehensive report any longer, the individual components can still be run and scores are available in the automatically generated xml files. Now, if anyone has found a better way to execute "winsat formal", please advise accordingly.
