Thought I'd share this, I just got off the phone with my ISP regarding an unrelated issue... after kibitzing with the tech rep about Win10 and the long list of problems that so many have experienced,(wifi problem referenced) the rep told me that Microsoft "customer service" was actually telling affected people that it has NOTHING to do with Win10 but was intirely an ISP issue.
Not that this surprised me, but damn decent of them to put the blame on someone else...(again)
