Sad face. Blue screen. Keeps rebooting over and over. WDF violation. How can I fix this if I can't get online?? Upgraded to Windows 10 recently. Have an hp pavilion desk top.
That is most likely a driver issue.
Typically booting into safe mode or safe mode with networking might provide an opportunity to deal with it.
See if holding the shift key while clicking restart from the power icon on the sign-in screen or from the screen produced when using the Ctrl + Alt + Delete will allow you to access the Advanced Troubleshooting options including Startup Settings.
The minimal drivers used in booting into Safe Mode should help eliminate the immediate issue.
