Want ALL user logins to create temporary profiles

I have an Active Directory networked Windows 10 (1909) computer where everyone uses CAC to login to the network to submit trouble tickets. At present a user profile is created and normally takes 7 to 9 minutes to create the profile. Being that this computer is used ONLY for tickets I would like to configure it to only create temporary profiles that are deleted when logged out.

I have searched the web and tried many tricks , all without success.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Way out of my depth here as it's been almost two decades (Server 2003R2) since I've managed an Active Directory Domain
AND
I'm not certain of the "why" of your stated goal regarding temp profiles
BUT
It seems like it might be managed by employing a mandatory user profile, combined with at new OU containing only that computer and forcing the use of "Only allow local user profiles" using Group Policy applied to that OU.
