When I try to run code in VS Code, I immediately get this error. It was working fine the other day but suddenly started crashing. Even more, PowerShell closes when I try to open it outside of VS Code.

I have tried running sfc /scannow. I also tried disabling the PowerShell feature, restarting, enabling it again, and restarting, but nothing has worked.
