Visor Neo and Windows 10

I have a Handspring Visor Neo (old technology but works fine) that works off a Com1 port. Windows 10 on my computer does not support com ports. The hot sync cradle has a USB plugin that I have connected and I have installed the Visor software. How do I get the Visor and Win 10 compatible to use together?
