Visitor won't leave

I am using MS Edge as my browser. On my home page, in the string of shortcut icons, there is one named "Take Lessons." I do not recall if I visited a site by this name or not. Using the 3 dot drop down menu of that icon, I select "remove." I then receive a prompt stating, Take Lessons removed, yet the icon persists on being displayed. I have successfully removed other site icons with same method but Take Lessons will not be removed. Any suggestions?
