trying to install hack for pubg mobile on pc i installed a virus autorun which desable windows defender as saw in the picture, how to reactive windows defender ?

That's what you get playing with public game cheats. They are almost always virus'. I would reinstall Windows. That's the only 100% way to get rid of one.

To add. If you are following such practises, it is even more important to have a clean image stored somewhere safe.

i just get attacked after that by a ransomeware who encrypted my files, windows defender can slove that if i can just turn it on

i found the solution which is to delete the DisableAntiMalware file from the regestry

Ok. Good diagnosis. But, it was the virus which put that entry in the registry in the first instance. I would suggest you still do a search for a virus actually on the computer
