Hi all,
I had given up win10 as it wouldn't work on either my laptop or desktop. (yeah, I tried everything!). Just recently I installed the newest version of win10 on vmplayer on my desktop and it seems to work fine, in particular, the updates actually work, which was the problem I had on my machines. So, the question is: If the newest win10 works in a virtual machine, will it work the same if I install it on either computer? It was all about not being able to get updates before, so I am shocked that they are flawless so far in the virtual world. I seemed to come across something about win10 and ssds and am wondering if something got fixed, or does the virtual machine sort of ignore your hardware? anyway, let me know what your thoughts are.
