Videos are no longer playing

The other days i started my usual routine and decided to watch some online videos on my computer. When I click on a video, it just buffers. I've attempted different browsers, tweaked drivers, and tried other videos, but nothing resolves the issue. The only temporary fix is resetting my PC, but the problem reoccurs after 10-20 minutes. I need assistance, please.
