the only way to get your video below the max is to reconvert it to a lower resolution or into a different format.

You could host the video on youtube or some place like that, or you can share it through onedrive. Firefox Send was a good way to share large files, but they shut it down early this month because of malware abuse.

Split the video into pieces using software like HJSplit.
