Very slow transfer rate when copying data on same HDD

I`m facing this big problem after using win 10 , I have tried many searches on google .I don`t know what`s the problem. Also, I`m facing the same problem while transferring data from or to any flash drive .

What is the average size of file transferred? Make sure AHCI is enabled and if the drive is very fragmented it will take longer to transfer as it fills in the spaces.

As trimful has suggested defragging the hard drive manually might help considerably.
You might also consider any third party security suite might be overzealously inspecting every bit of data being moved about on your computer, resulting in a slowing of the process.
