Version 1511 Failed To Update To 1607

[Bumper]

My pc has tried several times to update from version 1511 to 1607. This is MS update that happens automatically. I've checked several times to be sure all other updates are installed.
The pc will reboot...says it's updating to 1607, then reboots and rolls back to previous Win10 version. No errors, no message.
Any ideas?

Unplug everything you can from USB when the PC is going to reboot. That sometimes solves this problem.
Telling us the specification and age of the PC might help as well.

i have some pc that make this problem often because a driver or something ... i have reinstalled windows from scratch because after many hours of curiosity i just give it lol

Have you tried upgrading using the ISO?

Since 1703 is already being rolled out, you may want to skip 1607 only to upgrade again soon,
