vanished windows 10 screen saver

Some weeks ago, I had to 'reboot' this comp. When i did, my ability to add a screen saver [windows 7] went away?? Tried several power adj., etc., etc. but none worked? Windows 10 upgrade didn't change problem. HELP!

Not sure what the "windows 7" part of that comment means.
Click the Start Button, click settings, click personalization, in the left column select "Themes", on the right click "Theme settings".
Bottom right, click the "Screen saver" icon.
What happens? Do you get an error? Is something missing?
Perhaps a snipping tool capture or what you are seeing might help with further suggestions.
