#value error in Excel

I'm working on a spreadsheet and keep running into this #value error in Excel. I've been banging my head against the wall trying to figure it out. Has anyone else dealt with this?
I'm just trying to do a simple calculation where I'm multiplying two cells together but instead of giving me the result Excel throws me this so I'm not sure what's going wrong.

Usually an error of this kind happens either when there is a syntax error in the formula or one of the factors does not exist or is empty.
it also happens if the type of cell is incorrect (e.g. Binary instead of decimal).
Could you post the formula you are using please??
