Using "send to" command

Saving the entire document file to external drive. In Windows 7 I remember that when it encountered the previous document file
it would ask if you wish to replace it (meaning all files within document. Windows 10 doesn't seem to have that feature. Backup
to external file was very simple with that feature. How am I going wrong?

Hi Keng,

are you saving the same files (those with the same name) in a different folder?, if you are, it won't find the files with the same name if they are in different folders!.
