Following a reboot of my PC, I encountered an issue with the user profile service failing, resulting in a corrupted user profile. Despite attempting to fix it by entering safe mode and logging in, I'm unable to proceed past the Welcome screen. Aslo, I've forgotten the password for my Microsoft local account on the PC, preventing any password reset attempts. Furthermore, I've been unsuccessful in recovering previous data and accessing Command Prompt for a password reset. Overall, I need assistance in resolving these interconnected issues.
