Use Windows 10 LTSC without activation

I know that Windows 10 support is nearing. Can i install Windows 10 LTSC on my pc and use it without activation?

Probably, IF the computer never ever connects to the Internet or connects to a Network or Network Server such as in a company. What LTSC is:

windows ltsc at DuckDuckGo

Windows won't automatically die, just won't get any updates for anything and quite risky for security if the antivirus programs stop updating for unsupported Windows.
