Usb error 43

after Win10 the front USB 3.0 ports have stopped working error 43. If I use the USB 2 ports all is well?

Any ideas to resolve.?

IF that is a device manager error then you'll first need to determine the chipset of your USB 3.0 controller there are several.
Some specifics as to your particular computer, motherboard and the actual device might help.
You may need to manually install the driver for your specific hardware, including the MoBo chipset driver as well as the USB 3.0 controller driver.
