How do I remove previous device driver from memory, see message. "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38)"
RC on This PC/properties/device manger/system devices/universal serial bus controllers/then find the one you want removered or you can remove them all and Windows should plug and play them back. I would do this in safe mode.
