SOLVED USB device not recognized in Windows 10

I have to restart my pc in order for my USB headset to be recognized, then it stops randomly afterward. It's not listed in device manager until I restart.

Hi BarbaraAnn,

what make and model headset is it, it may help if we know that so we can look for a solution like newer drivers for the device!. ;)

Thank you so much for you answer! My issue was resolved by disabling USB selective suspend setting. Such an easy fix that I had no idea to troubleshoot. You are my hero!
