Updated to Windows 10, Inbuilt Microphone 'Not Plugged In'

I recently updated to windows 10, and since updating my computer has been saying that my microphone is 'Not Plugged In' in the 'Recording Devices' tab. I have a Dell Latitude E5430 Laptop, and while I was running windows 7 my microphone would work fine. I've tried going to device manager to update the drivers but I can't find any drivers to actually update because it seems like my microphone has ceased to exist. Please help!
