SOLVED Update of Visual Studio failed , and now?

Hello!
I'm a hobby programmer and had installed VS Community
A message told me, that an update is available and I clicked to do it.
It failed with many errors.
With the VS Configuration program, I tried to repair it and got the failure account already exists.

Now I had uninstalled all VS and their utilities, so far as possible.

There are few components, which are not able to install
All with the failure account already exists
one of them is
Windows App Certification Kit x64

All my searching in WWW was for nothing.

Also by tracing with Process Monitor of
MsiExec.exe /X{F395FD4F-40E5-7B56-2BCB-B3CF52B3B52C}
I had no success.

after uninstall all components from VS, which were uninstallable
I deleted all folder and files belonging VS and than
I run EUSING Cleaner and installed VS again with success.
