My father had me order him a new refurbished computer. I left him alone to hook it up and he had turned it on and turned it off during the first boot. I went in and got it to finally start booting, but now it keeps getting us to the language selection and then saying we need to update. We've tried to update twice now and it keeps looping us back here.
