Update desktop to version 1809

I have two desktops running WIndows 10. One notified me the other day that 1809 was available and it has been updated to 1809. The other one has version 1803. I checked for updates a few moments ago and was told the PC was up-to-date. How do I get it to update to 189?

I wouldn't have the foggiest idea. I could probably ask Dell if there were anything unusual put into the desktop by the builder but I'm strictly a monkey-see, monkey-do user.
