Unusual Files in Startup Menu: '2' and 'a37efada-8eac-4b9b-8ddc-20cf291789ef'

I’ve noticed two strange files in my startup menu: one is labeled '2', and the other is 'a37efada-8eac-4b9b-8ddc-20cf291789ef A37efada-8eac-4b9b-8ddc-20cf291789ef'. Both are enabled, but I can't open their file location or properties. Does anyone have any ideas about what these files might be or how to handle them? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!
