Those two directories are a product of the Windows Update / Upgrade process.
Best to leave them alone for a while, at least until your 31 days have elapsed in which you can roll back to your previous version of Windows.
After which you can try running Disk Cleanup as administrator and see if that will get rid of them
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative Tools\Disk Cleanup.
OR
Something like Ccleaner might do the trick
