Maybe a misinterpretation? You will need a browser IE:Chrome:etc.. It is quite easy then, to make your favourite browser the default , then Edge will not trouble you in any way.

I hate Edge with a passion....that being said, I use Chrome - Google's browser. Then I set that as my default (primary) browser. I always have a backup browser....just incase, you never know and I use Firefox from Mozilla.
