After performing a factory reset on my computer, it redirected me to a login screen displaying "Welcome to Cision" and prompting me to enter my email. I don't have a Cision account, and I'm unfamiliar with what it is. How can I resolve this issue?

From what I have googled, Cision is a Software & Marketing company. You may have gotten a Company pc/laptop (refurbished most likely)
Can you post some more technical info on your computer like Brand/model??
Either way you may need to create an installation medium using the Media creation tool from Microsoft in order to get a fresh install.
What you have right now, is a specific system made for this company.
Any chance to get around that login?? (Don't know if you have tried anything else yet)
