Unable to Sysprep after Redstone update

Hi All,
Recently updated a workbench PC and updated it with the Redstone patch. I attempted to sysprep the PC however I am getting the following Error:

'Sysprep will not run on an upgraded OS. You can only run sysprep on a custom (Clean) install versions of Windows.'

Has anyone else come across this?
Is there any known work around?

Redstone will not be out until July or so of 2016? Are you referring to the W10-1511 update?

I am not familiar with the problem, but I read, in a random post on MS TechNet, that you should remove the key:

hklm\system\setup\upgrade

Do this at your own risk. I would suggest you first export your registry, in case of a problem.

The error message is fairly clear, you cannot Sysprep a machine that has been through a Windows upgrade. You will need to perform a clean installation of Version 1511 to create images for deployment in your environment.
