unable to run MediaCreationTool.exe

To download WIM10 ISO, i downloaded MediaCreationTool.exe from the link

http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-download/windows10.

but the same did not not run in my system. Sending the screen short here with.

my system cinfig is i3 4130 with 4 GB ram.

please advice me what to do.

IDK..... looks like something happened during the download at some stage or other.
Perhaps try getting the media from here

BUT!!!!
Backup everything and create a Disk Image before upgrading.
