Unable to operate zero in my laptop.

Dear sir,

Whenever I want to enter zero during my file creation,I am unable to enter zero from the digital numbers. Kindly let
me know how to enter zero thro numbers .

On Desktop keyboards there's usually a row of numbers in addition to the number/key pad, do both have the same issue? Some Notebooks don't have the number/key pad but the ones that do also have a NumLock key to activate or deactivate it. Notebooks without the number/key pad have a combination of the Fn key and another F key of the same color to turn on a number pad feature in the middle of the keyboard [rather inconvenient in mind].

There could possibly be some debris under the keyboard. Try rebooting the same way as Etch A Sketch. That is, turn it upside down and shake it.
