Typing features I'm used to don't consistently work.

Since Win10
F2 (used when Renaming a file or video) doesn't always work. Only sometimes.
Clicking the upper right hand corner X to close a document only works sometimes. I have to right click and choose Close.

Renaming a Video will drop out & lose what I typed while I am typing for no reason. I have to start again.

When typing a document the cursor will suddenly jump to another part of the document for no reason!

Generally, normal features don't always work, and strange behavior pops up for no apparent reason.
