Turning off Dictation Commands

New to the forum, I did search for an answer before posting here hoping someone else already had an answer.
We have a web based software solution that allows users to talk in notes. We have several Windows 10 users that are getting frustrated with commands built into Windows dictation. For example, if, in the body of their dictation they say the word 'home' it will ask which home they want to go to, browser or software? It then won't let them select neither and continue dictation.
Is there a way to use dictation without having the commands turned on?
