Trouble with Extended screen

New HP Envy both Intel & Nvidia graphics. When I extend screen to my Panasonic plasma. I get my desktop back ground picture on TV. Problem is at the very bottom of TV screen shows what appears to be the top of my desktop task bar. I can Zoom my TV to get ride of it, but that's not the mode I need for streaming.

Are you saying that the TV has some vertical overscan? I have that every time I load a new Nvisia driver or a new Insider build. I use the Nvidia control panel to set my display to 1846 by 964 to get my desktop on the screen exactly. Have you tried the same thing but picking just the vertical number and changing it until it is right?

If you want the task bar to disappear altogether then I guess you go a bit bigger than 1080
