Originally running my machine was on Windows 7, it took three attempts to get upgraded to Windows 10, easily solved an issue with the touchpad driver, however my webcam does not function and despite downloading the driver it will not work, even asking Windows 10 to search for the driver I have downloaded it says it cannot be found, in frustration I contacted Toshiba who firstly wanted £120 pounds to double check and up date all my drivers, or a one off £55 to up date my webcam driver to work on 10.
You don't need to add much to £120 to get a brand new machine with a one or two year warranty, anyone solved an issue akin to mine.
