Hi @HAVELINA, I don't understand the question, unfortunately.

Are you clicking on a tinyURL link and you get a 404 error? If so, that means that the page this URL links to is no longer available.

As Ian says. But, I remember Tinyurl from years back. I found it quite comfortably on this link

I did see a lot of advertising spam! Possibly, if you are using it, your spam filter is prohibiting entry?
