SOLVED tiles are not live

Hi. The windows 10 tiles are live and working on my site but not on another user (Both administrative users). Can anyone help please?

It's a workaround, I'm afraid.......
right click at the tile > click Turn live tile on

Have to do it on each tile. That's why I said it's a workaround.
I don't know a way to turn all live tiles On in one click.

It hasn't worked. When I right clicked it said to switch it off, so I did then switched it live again, but nothing again. Thanks for replying.

Not for another user.
That sounds like the other user account is corrupted.
Your account is working. You said that.
Now, create another user account with the same privileges as the one in question > logon to the new account > see if live tiles are Live.
