Hello! I have a problem with the "This app can't run on your PC" message in Windows 10.
The issue has turned into a glitch, where the message appears for a second, then disappears, and keeps repeating. I can't cancel it because it disappears immediately.
I've tried restarting and adjusting settings in Windows Security and App & Browser Control, but it didn't fix the problem.
