There's No Hey Cortana Option...

Hi guys, I need some help here
About 1 weeks ago i'm upgrade my windows 7 to windows 10
then when i want to use cortana, i can find "hey cortana" option to enable or disable
but after download some update for windows 10
i cant use hey cortana, and cortana doesnt exist.
i cant find hey cortana option anymore
here's the proof

i have already turned on the location but there's no difference

Can anyone help me?
