The deny logon locally ended up in a reverse effect

I have three users for my win 10 . Today for the other two users except me ,I denied logon locally using local policy editor. I denied it to the 'users' group.
After restarting the PC , it denies all users including me to log in. Giving the message " the logon method you are using is not allowed on this computer."
Trust me...I am the admin.

I tried by entering safe mode. the error repeats.

Pls help me to reset the policies to default.

Boot to the RE (recovery environment) and instead of choosing Safe Mode, choose System Restore and select a Restore Point prior to your having made the change.
