From Win 8 rtm to Win 8.1 rtm to Win 9 ( or 8.2 ) in less than 2 years span ?

That makes me wonder if people in MS know what they are doing, or that windows 8 and 8.1 are worth the disc they are written on.

I am so glad I only use a 5 yr. old Dell for Win 8.1, and keep my 2 yr. old Acer for win 7.

I wish I had not downloaded Windows 10 because it would not let me write on government pdf forms. I'm glad that my Acer is still Win7.
