Text disappears from draft email

I have had on numerous occasions a draft email that will still be in my draft folder but all the text will be gone, even including my signature. It seems to stay as long as I don't close Windows 10 Mail App. The version I am using is Version 17.8400.41055.0. I thought maybe it was because I had an attachment on there. The attachment would still be there but no text. Now it is happening even without an attachment. All of the text is gone. Is there any way to recover the text?

I did do this and it didn't work. I wrote an email yesterday, going back and forth to it several times and it was fine. Then this morning all of the text is gone again. Any other suggestions?
