SOLVED TeamViewer behaviour different in WIN 10?

Not sure whether to post here or not, but I installed Windows 10 on 2 of my home machines, the 3rd is still running 8.1. I have noticed that sometimes I cannot access remotely the home machines running Win 10. I can find no obvious reason for this, and I know the machines are on in a stable state, yet TeamViewer is showing offline status. I have version 10.0.045471 of TeamViewer installed. Is anyone else having a similar issue or can suggest potential fixes?

I am a Team viewer user. Have you remembered to reinstall/reregister the program on both computers- with, of course, the key.?

No I haven't - I will do a clean re-install later today on all devices to see if that clears the issue. Thanks

Ok all boiled down to an unstable WIN10 build on my dual screen set up. Clean install and no issue. Thanks
