Teams signin error

Hi

Teams will not allow me to login with or create a new account and fails with the below screen. It will only allow me to login with a specific Microsoft account, once logged in and try to create a new account it fails too and get the below.

I have reinstalled Teams and even Windows 10 using Media Create just in case there was a Windows error. It also starts with an email address which fails, and have to use this one specific account to start Teams.

What gives, as I've tried every thing that I can think of.

Just tried to create a new Microsoft Live account and it fails too see attached.
