Taskbar Clock(s) ?

Hello,

I have two clocks set up:
Clock 1 being my local time, and Clock 2 being UTC.

If I open up the clock icon on the bottom taskbar, they both show, and I can
select either of them.

But-

I can only have Clock 1 showing all the time on the Taskbar, it seems.
a. I would like to have Clock 2 with UTC showing instead.

b. Best would be if i could have both showing, all the time.

Any way of doing (a) or (b) ?

I also have 2 clocks set.
a. The only clock that shows in the Notification Area is the system default so everything would use it, don't know if you want to go that way.
b. I tried increasing the height of the Task bar but it won't show both clocks at the same time.
The only thing that seems to work is the hover over the clock to see both times.

I've lost track of a third-party gadget/software I used some time ago that had a sidebar that one could put more clocks in [or other things] but trying to locate the information in my brain isn't working well.
