T14 wakes up from sleep with any key after motherboard replacement

Hi, my Lenovo T14 Gen1 AMD Ryzen Pro 7 had issues with the motherboard. It was replaced some days ago.

Before that, it waked up from sleep with Fn key only.

Now, it wakes up from sleep with any key , even just a mouse movement.

How can I get it back to the previous setting?
