System thread exception not handled error due to RtkA2dp.sys failing

i've been having a recurring issue where my PC blue screens with the error system_thread_exception_not_handled and mentions RtkA2dp.sys as the cause. Every time I restart my PC, it goes into a cycle of restarting and blue screening again.

I'm using an HP Envy TE01-1177c:
Windows Edition: Windows 10 Home
Windows Version: 22H2
OS Build: 19045.4412
Windows Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19056.1000.0
Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
